Our flexible delivery options ensure that our programs seamlessly integrate into existing frameworks, adding value and enhancing the incredible work already being done to support young people in your community.

Skills workshop delivery

We deliver free workshops through our Skills Academy that teach young people dynamic skills that employers want like critical thinking, communication, time management and adaptability.

Co-host or join a networking event

Through our fun and accessible networking events, young people build their personal and career connections with peers and industry pros.

Provide work experience

The 360 Youth Employment Program supports young people through a 2-year program that teaches young people facing barriers foundational skills to get them work-ready, places them in well-paid corporate jobs, and provides support throughout the journey.

Lend your expertise and mentorship

We engage partner organizations in opportunities to lend their expertise and insights as mentors and guest speakers at our events.
